An important part of our practice involves work on behalf of people who have been injured by the carelessness of others. This involves injuries and deaths involving, for example, automobiles, airplanes, boats, or trains as well as medical and dental malpractice. We also represent people who have been injured by defective or poorly designed products. Recent cases have involved defective automobiles, improperly designed seatbelts, silica inhalation, asbestos, benzene, breast implants, babies catastrophically injured during the birth process, misdiagnosis of cancer, and other injuries suffered during routine dental and medical procedures. We accept cases on a contingent fee basis, which means that there is no fee unless money is recovered.
