David represents both creditors and debtors in a wide range of insolvency related matters. He has had great success in concluding numerous Chapter 11 reorganization efforts, including the financial restructuring of one of the largest independently owned strip mining coal operations in Pennsylvania. David’s reputation also earned him an independent appointment by the Administrative Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County to represent the interests of unsecured creditors in the dissolution of a large health care institution in Western Pennsylvania.

His peers have recognized his legal talent by consistently nominating him as a top bankruptcy and debtor / creditor rights advocate in several publications including Woodward and White’s Best Attorneys in America, Corporate Counsel Magazine; Pittsburgh Magazine and Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
